• Ameirah Dubai ("we", "us", "our") sells abayas through our online store.
• By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to availability.
• Payment must be completed before your order is processed.
• We accept payment via iDEAL and Bank Contact.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
• Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) on business days will be shipped the same day.
• Delivery within the Netherlands takes approximately 1-2 business days.
• Delivery to other European countries typically takes 3-7 business days.
• Shipping costs are €6.95 for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Shipping costs for other European countries will be calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping is offered on orders over €150.
• We currently ship only within Europe.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• When you request a return, we will provide a return label; the cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.
• Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.

5. Product Information

• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images.
• All abayas are handcrafted with care.
• Material information is available in the product details.

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our warehouse.
• Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.
• Notify us if you experience problems so we can assist in finding a solution.
