• Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
• Some items cannot be returned: sale items, hijabs, gift card purchases, and items bought with discount codes (store credit only).
• Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless we provide a prepaid label.
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days.
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

No, return shipping is not free. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return label from us. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount.

No, once an order is placed it cannot be edited or canceled. If you wish to change something, please wait until you receive your order and then follow our return process.

We ship all orders from the Netherlands. If you place your order before 5 PM on a business day, we will send it out the same day.

• For deliveries within the Netherlands, it usually takes 1–2 business days to receive your order.
• For orders to other countries in the EU (Belgium, Germany, France, etc.), delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
  

Yes, for orders within the Netherlands, a flat shipping fee of €6.95 applies.

For other EU countries, shipping costs vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

However, we offer free shipping on all orders above €150 no matter where you are in Europe.

Once your package has been handed over to the courier and leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for any delays or lost shipments, as it is then in the hands of the shipping carrier. If any issues arise, it’s important to contact the courier directly. However, please also notify us so we can assist you and help look into a possible solution.

Abayas are sized by length, usually matching your height. Sizes like 52, 56, or 58 refer to the garment length in inches.

If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable, flowy fit especially if you wear heels or want to layer underneath. The cut is loose, fitting most body shapes comfortably.

All our abayas can be easily tailored to adjust length if needed.

To keep your abaya looking fresh and in good condition, hand washing is the safest option, especially for those featuring embroidery, beadwork, or other delicate detailing.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Fill a clean sink or basin with cool water and add a gentle detergent.
2. Submerge the abaya and swirl it softly. Let it soak for a few minutes.
3. Gently squeeze (don’t rub or twist) areas that need extra cleaning.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
5. Hang it to air dry in the shade to preserve its color and shape.

Avoid drying it in direct sunlight or using a tumble dryer, as this can cause fading or damage.

If you prefer to use a washing machine:

Only machine wash abayas that are plain and don’t have embroidery or embellishments. Always turn the garment inside out, use a mild detergent, and select a delicate cycle at no more than 30°C. This helps prevent fading, fraying, and fabric damage.

Our abayas are made from a range of premium fabrics, selected for comfort and elegance. To know the exact material of a specific abaya, please refer to the product description on the item’s page.

At this time, we do not offer custom tailoring or alterations. However, all of our abayas come with a simple stitched hem, making them easy to shorten if needed. We recommend visiting a local tailor for any adjustments, or you can alter it at home if you're comfortable with sewing.
