Return & Refund
At Ameirah Dubai, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return under the following conditions.
1. Return Eligibility
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unworn, unwashed, and free from perfume or deodorant traces
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be shipped within 5 business days of return approval
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Sale items
- Items purchased with a gift card
- Hijabs
- Items bought using a discount code are only eligible for store credit
3. Initiating a Return
To start a return, email us at ameirahdubai@gmail.com with your order number and the product you wish to return.
Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your return.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Shipping & Return Costs
Upon return approval, a tracked return label will be provided.
The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.
6. Exchanges
To exchange an item, please follow the return process. Once approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
7. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
8. International Returns
Orders returned due to customs refusal or failure to pay duties/taxes cannot be refunded.
Any applicable shipping and return fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
